Organic Mulberry & Blueberry Toast

A warm, softened slice of rustic French country bread layered with creamy almond butter, seasonal mulberries, fresh blueberries, and the lightest drizzle of maple syrup.

This feels less like traditional toast and more like a farm table breakfast — soft, nourishing, and deeply satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Campaillou or rustic French country bread

  • 1 tsp organic ghee

  • 1 1/2 tbsp organic almond butter

  • 1/4 cup organic mulberries, lightly chopped

  • Small handful of organic blueberries

  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup, lightly drizzled

Method

  1. Warm the bread in the toaster until heated through but still soft in the center. Do not over-toast.

  2. Spread the warm bread lightly with ghee.

  3. Layer almond butter evenly over the toast while still warm.

  4. Scatter chopped mulberries across the top.

  5. Add fresh blueberries.

  6. Finish with a very light drizzle of maple syrup.

  7. Serve immediately while warm and soft.
